How will you make an impact?
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated digital marketing programs to support regional growth targets within the Genetic Sciences Division .
At the core of the Digital Marketing Specialist's role is creating a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing inbound. cross-selling and retargeting tactics to generate and nurture a pipeline for existing and new customers.
What will you do?
Collaborate with regional marketing managers to understand priorities and business goals. Develop, execute, and measure integrated digital marketing campaigns that reach and resonate with target customers and leverages compelling content.
Create, develop and implement data-driven marketing programs which drive awareness, engagement and converts the sales pipeline.into measurable revenue . Progams shall include banner advertising, search engine marketing, social media advertising, email marketing and marketing automation.
Understand the buyer personas, influences and content to persuade customers along the buying cycle.
Interface with cross functional teams including marketing operations, analytics, global digital team, sales
Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
Use marketing and business analytics to inform campaign decisions for continuous improvement and create campaign reports. Develop and maintain accurate reporting, for marketing programs/campaigns, across all demand generation channels.
Report out on performance metrics in routine marketing review meetings.
How will you get there?
Bachelor's Degree - Understanding of marketing strategy with digital marketing experience and demonstrated results
4+ years minimum hands-on experience displaying proficiency in digital marketing including online advertising,social media, SEO and SEM programs, merchandising and email marketing
Knowledge and confidence of the digital and advertising landscape/industry
Strong analytical skills. Knowledge and use of Adobe analytics/Adobe Social or Google analytics
Awareness of predictive analytic/predictive models and how they can support marketing campaigns
Marketing professional with experience developing marketing plans and execute them independently
Understands marketing automation systems and how they can drive lead generation campaigns
Ability to work with marketing and sales team to achieve aggressive sales goals
Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform decisions
High attention to detail
Passion for delivering high quality results on time
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and budgets
Self directed and motivated, with the ability to efficiently operate independently
Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization
