This will be accomplished through continuous analysis oftechnologies in use, the identification and application of patches tocomputing systems and applications, and the timely analysis of and responseto security vulnerabilities identified in FirstBank's environments. This is a challenging position that comes with greatrewar#DCEESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*Support patch management process*Participate in the evaluation and implementation projects involving existingand new technical solutions*Communicate with management on the status of projects*Implement the infrastructure for a new solution following procedures listedin the Infrastructure Department Policies and Procedures manual as well as theInformation Protection Policy manual*Collaborate with other IT staff to prepare the Infrastructure for theimplementation of the solution; work with the vendor to install andconfigure the solution*Follow change control procedures during new implementations and changes toexisting systems*Collaborate with the Security team to resolve findings from various audits*Include documentation as an integral part of every project*Provide third-tier support for the Technical Support staff with problems thatare too complex for first-tier to resolve. Either assume responsibility forthe problem or provide guidance to assist the Technical Support staff memberin resolving the problem*Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies, recommendevaluation of emerging technologies that would benefit the Infrastructure*Perform other duties and projects as assignedSalary Commensurate with ExperienceWill consider hiring into a lower career stageRequirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:*Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of three years relatedwork experience*Non-degreed personnel will have a minimum of seven years related workexperiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or other technical field is preferred*Working knowledge of application security scanning tools, such as WhiteHat& XrayKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:*Strong organizational skills; ability to balance responsibilities ofmultiple projects while meeting agreed upon objectives*In-depth technical
