Demonstrating proactivethinking and process support providing high quality results under shortdeadlines is critical to the success of the position. Moderate to AdvancedProficiency with the follow technical tools is required; ? MicrosoftOffice Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) ? Prior experienceand proficiency with OneNote, Visio, Box, Microsoft Edge and MicrosoftProject. ? Prior experience and Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools(BrassRing, ICMS, Taleo, WorkDay, SuccessFactors, etc) ? Priorexperience using Slack and Textio and/or metrics and reporting tools likeTableau. ? Prior experience with integrated interview scheduling tools alsorequired. Strong Interpersonal, consultative and talent advisory skillsrequired. Ability to create positive working relationships and alignment atall levels. Must guide, influence, redirect or manage conflict regardingprocess improvements or necessary policy engagement including pushing back toachieve aligned objectives, while working effectively with a variety ofpersonalities. Excellent communication skills are essential (bothwritten and verbal). Excellent problem solver. Must be solutionsoriented with proactive professional judgement, strong follow through, anddemonstrate strong strategic and critical thinking skills. Advancedability with prior examples of the ability to work independently demonstratinggood judgement for problem solving under fast paced changing conditions isrequired. Strong organizational skills: Must be detail oriented andextremely well organized, action oriented. Position requires the ability tomulti-task changing priorities quickly as needed in a fast-pacedenvironment, while delivering results. Superior time management skillsrequired. Must have previously demonstrated high levels of integrity andethics, with the ability to maintain/navigate critical confidential situationsSkills PreferredExperience Required 4 - 8 years prior experience. Seeking Minimum of 4-7years prior Talent Acquisition or HR experience is required, preferablyeither in a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Specialist, Recruiter role isrequired. (Previous Corporate Fortune 50 experience preferred.)Seeking 2-3 years prior demonstrated experience with HR programs and projectmanagement lead or support. Must be comfortable and confident presenting tolarge live and virtual audiences.
