IMI Norgren LLC Full Time Salary Littleton, CO, US 1178 SummaryThe Sr. Configuration Analyst is responsible for knowing the functions of theIMI Precision Engineering systems to ensure accurate business ruleconfiguration in support of the end users in various departments. The Analystwill work closely with the Engineering Team, Operations and businessassociates to craft configuration that drives business value and/or respondto business requirements. The Sr. Configuration Analyst will conduct analysisof the business rule configuration to optimize implementation and maintenanceactivities.Essential Functions and Responsibilities1. Analyze proposed part changes and prepare report of effect on overallproduct for management action.1. Integral team member for assigned projects. Work with members ofconfiguration management working groups on assigned actions.1. Perform research and analyze system configuration. Update internaldocuments and control databases.1. Create and deliver monthly, and ad-hoc reports on department performance.1. Provide the highest quality level of technical product support to allinternal channels in a timely manner. This support may include but is notlimited to technical product answers, part structuring requests, availablematerial substitutions, assistance with diagnosing tolerance stack-ups,and part deviation evaluations.1. Manage the Status Change process from initiating the Status Change,inputting the Bill of Material - Prints - Shop Floor Notes - Routings,verifying the correctness, and releasing the Status Change.1. Manage our MK data in a manner consistent with current practices.1. Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Experience1. Bachelor s degree (or equivalent degree) a minimum of 4 yearsexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience is required in industrial component for a high mix volume manufacturSkills and Competencies1. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.1. Requires competent engineering and technical judgment.1. Must demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.1. Must work well individually, self-motivated demonstrating initiative andaccepting responsibility with minimal supervision.1. Must work well in a team environment respecting those around them.1.
