Description: Payloads Post-Test Lead: Responsible for the coordination and execution of the Post-Test program across multiple payloads and internal organizations. Leads team of test technicians and analysts during execution phases. Responsible for the overall success of the system level test and verification of hardware. Provides out brief to management and customers. Candidate must possess strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and customer interaction skills.

Desired Skills: Experience in RF hardware design, RF system performance analysis, requirement allocation, functional decomposition, and requirement verification planning. Excellent communications skills. Experience with MSP mission. Active TS/SCI Clearance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience with RF performance analysis.

-Experience with hardware test environment.

-Experience with MATLAB.

-Experience leading technical teams.

-Knowledge of the principles associated with development of requirement verification methods and development of verification reports for requirement sell-off.

-Strong communications capabilities with peers and management, with proven oral and written presentation and interpersonal relations skills.

-Must possess the ability work with minimal direction; be self-motivated.

-Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
