In this position you will also serve as a member of the DanfossEditron Leadership Team.The ideal candidate is a creative and strong leader, who drives Projects andPrograms within the Editron Organization. This opportunity requires excellenttechnical, problem-solving, people management and communication skills.At the core of the position you will deliver successful programs and resultsby owning programs and leading a dynamic team who also own programs.Favorable candidates will also possess a strong program managementbackground, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to largeprograms, and will have a well-rounded technical background inelectrification technologies for mobile applications. You must be able tothrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered byambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to developand drive high-level strategic initiatives, but roll up your sleeves, digin and get the job done.Job Responsibilities Lead the Global Portfolio and Product Management process includingideation, heartbeats, business case evaluation and creation Transitions the business strategy to a product portfolio strategy andto project and program execution Owner of project and program roadmap, also facilitating project /program review meetings with EDLT/Steering Committee Has control of the resource usage and resource planning for projectsand programs Responsible for running all projects and programs (Scope, timeplan, costs, investments) Responsible for scoping and execution of Product Development Projectsand Programs for Editron Partner with Editron Finance to ensure transparencyinto project performance and execution of financial targets Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information Responsible for facilitation of New Product Development (NPD) tools Gathers learnings from running projects to improve NPD Process Represents Editron in the Danfoss Power Solution PMO board and sharesthe best practice in the area of programs and projects with peersBackground and Skills 6-10 years' experience in leading projects and programs Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Master'sDegree Preferred) Experience in AGILE Automotive Program Management and related tools Strong technical and product/business judgment Strong track record in building, developing and operating teams oftechnical program managers who owned and successfully drove cross-functionaltechnical projects. Strong skills in results orientation balanced with high judgment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well across functional groups and cultures, influencewithout authority and deliver resultsPreferred Qualifications: PMP Certification
