Oracle Product & Market Strategist – B2B Digital in Longmont, Colorado
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Product & Market Strategist B2B Digital
We are expanding our tightly knit, incredibly productive Product & Market Strategy team to support B2B Digital Cloud (focus on Commerce and CPQ product lines) market growth within the Oracle CX Cloud Applications group. Here is what you can expect from the everyday:
Developing analysis and significant input for general strategy elements of the Oracle B2B Digital business and Commerce / CPQ product plans, including assembling local and global market data and intelligence to support and enhance product and business strategy
Creating and delivering the CPQ and Commerce messaging with respect to B2B buyers, including thought leadership, competitive intelligence and related topics.
Nurturing relationships with corporate product groups, marketing, press, analysts, and sales to seek out new opportunities for the Digital B2B business within Oracle B2B install base and net new accounts.
Support field closing strategic deals that feature Oracle CPQ and Commerce Clouds.
Creating strategies to maximize selling of Oracle B2B Digital solutions in conjunction with other Oracle products.
Helping to lead market messaging / positioning of B2B Digital products (Commerce, CPQ), driving the value proposition, training internal and external ecosystem by playing key product marketing role in growing revenue and increasing selling price for the B2B Digital-in-CX and ERP solutions.
Developing customer relationships for the purposes of revealing zealous first-person stories of customer success.
Collaborating with product, sales and marketing leadership to gain understanding of forecasted deals, trends, competitive landscape and market opportunities, refining messaging and developing new sales enablement based on information gathered.
Working with SI partners B2B Digital practices and adjacent practices (ERP, CRM, CLM, ecommerce, transportation management, insurance rating) to drive investment in B2B Digital solutions, co-sell Oracle solutions into their install bases.
Developing ISV marketplace of distinct vetted integrations and bolt-on solutions that deliver unique customer value in specific markets.
Requirements for this position include:
5 years progressively increasing product marketing (outbound) responsibility in a cloud enterprise software environment
Exceptional presentation and writing skills.
B2B industry knowledge (telco, high tech mfg, financial services, distribution)
Strong CX/CRM/SaaS cloud application product & domain knowledge and understanding of market-based strategies and competitive landscape.
Exceptional messaging skills in both written/oral/presentation communication skills with demonstrated skills in developing and delivering compelling content in keynotes, videos, demos or other high visibility channels.
Prior demonstrated success in working with top level industry analyst firms to influence opinion/coverage
Ability to articulate product / solution value in terms of customer value and impact on their business, employees, customers and partners
Ability to build relationships and influence outside of authority while leveraging Oracle expertise and resources.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Education & Experience: MBA/Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism/English degree or hands on experience in management role in these disciplines.
