We are seeking an Associate Program Manager with a Bachelor's degree in arelated field of study to manage program budget, schedule, and earnedvalue functions. You'll be responsible for the cost,schedule, and technical performance of our programs. You'll coordinate thepreparation of proposals, business plans, labor and non-labor budgets,schedules and subcontracts. You will act a point of contact for programrequirements, and lead program Earned Value review sessions to discusscost, schedule, and technical performance.Primary Responsibilities Include:*Responsible to provide centralized planning, direction, and controlrequired to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout thelife-cycle of assigned programs*Monitor, update, and report on Program(s)/BandP/IRandDperformance/status in accordance with the Integrated Product DevelopmentProces*Support program reporting requirements and perform other duties as assigned.*Serve as key proposal team member for follow-on business and/or newbusiness opportunities related to program areas.
