In this exciting role as a SeniorQuality Operational Excellence Program Manager you will have responsibility for leading, initiating, and executing cross functional teams and enterprise level programs.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage enterprise level projects and processes.

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, project team, and line management, and senior management.

  • Manages the development and implementation process of a companys services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of strategic enterprise level priority programs (e.g. manufacturing transfer initiatives, cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, etc.)

  • Applies and demonstrates strong leadership that results in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective and proactive communications and stakeholder management, including communication with company executives.

  • Interfaces with all applicable external stakeholders for the project including end users, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Responsible for significant cross functional and cross business unit collaboration to secure project personnel and budget.

  • Monitors the effectiveness and performance of the project and project team and facilitates the development of contingency plans and recommended corrective actions as required.

  • Utilize effective project management techniques to independently execute on project deliverables. This includes managing scope, schedule, risk and budget.

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

  • Assesses project issues and facilitates resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and goals.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of projects key stakeholders.

  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the program delivers the anticipated business value.

  • Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

  • Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.

  • Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

  • Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.

  • Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of companys mission globally.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree with 7+ years ofexperience in quality, program management or regulated industry, or Advanced degree with5+ years of experience in quality, program management and/or regulated industry

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing enterprise level and B2B programs

  • Demonstrated competencies and ability to apply independently: Self-Management, Goal Achievement, Personal Accountability, Planning Organizing, Resiliency, Flexibility,

  • Experience wih transferring medical device manufacturing from one facility to another

  • Quality System, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Masters Degree in Program Management, Engineering or similar related field
