Aerotek Customer Service Rep/Order Entry in Loveland, Colorado
Hiring for REMOTE Customer Support Agents/Order Entry Clerks for a Worldwide Manufacturer in Loveland, CO!
-The primary role of this position is to support customers via telephone, online chat and email with order entry, and pre-sale specifications. (80 interactions a day via email or phone)
-Provide prompt, accurate answer to order/tracking questions and process order entry requests from customers through telephone, online and email
-Input customer orders into the company’s order entry database
-Checks and releases various order holds as assigned for the position
-Assists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions and item information
-Identify and enter sales leads
-Knowledge of company customers, markets, and distribution channels

-High school diploma or GED required
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Outlook)
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced contact center environment, with strong emphasis on multi-tasking while actively listening to customers
-1+ years customer service- Manager prefers candidates from a retail or restaurant
-1+ years of customer facing experience.
Nice to Have:
-Computer proficiency Salesforce and Oracle preferred
-Cisco, Upstream and Windows 10 OS software experience preferred
