Position Summary:

  • Coordinates the development, implementation, maintenance, and education of Information Systems which support and enhance patient care, including but not limited to Meditech

  • Serves as the clinical resource liaison between the Information Services Department, ancillary departments, physicians, and the patient care areas for the coordination and implementation of computer solutions as related to patient care

  • Drive Nuance dictation adoption and develop templates to improve the provider experience

  • Work with clinical staff to develop Nursing documentation, increasing charge capture

  • Assist providers with CPOE adoption

  • Experience with Meditech Client/Server and Epic preferred

  • RN preferred


  1. Associates required Bachelors highly desired

  2. 3 5 years experience in the healthcare field, RN preferred. 2+ years Meditech clinical application experience including multi-application dictionary build, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user support, knowledge of interfaces helpful but not required.

  3. Ability to communicate with other professionals

  4. Ability to lead small project teams

  5. Ability to analyze and recommendations on projects

  6. Possess superior human relation skill
