As technicalfield representatives for Government Program Office, facilitatecommunication between the field and the program office at meetings andconferences. Ensures local operators and base personnel are informed ofprogram status, progress, issues, and planning schedules. Provide theGovernment Program Manager with any local operator or base program statusissues, concerns, or questions regarding program progress, issues, andplanning schedules. In assuming this position, you will be a criticalcontributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative,cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidlyadap Highlights of Responsibilities: * Participate in local user meetings (e.g., Daily Ops brief,Operational CCB (Configuration Control Board), Operational ERB(Engineering Review Board), DRB (Design Review Board), IOP(Information Operations Platform) Call, Ticket Review, ARC TicketReview, Chang * Provide information, provide briefings to leadership on the status ofprograms * Participate in commander conferences, staff meetings, A6 directorcalls, IPT calls, section meetings and other relevant unit meetinginvolving systems and programs supporting the units mission involving ProgramOffice deployed systems and cyber infrastructure * Provide relevant program information back to the PMO via telecons,email and/or weekly meetings * Provide a monthly consolidated FER Field Report in conjunction with themonthly status report deliverable. * Summarize of all work accomplished by the FERs during the previousmonth * Provide on-site Field Service Engineering (FSE). QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: * Secret Security Clearance * Must have one of the following certifications MCSA 2012, CCNA, MCSAor CISSP * Four year degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience * Experience within or for the U.S. Department of Defense * Background in delivering technical software solutions and architectures * 4-9 years of experience in IT related field Preferred Experience: * Takes initiative to understand new technologies and skills throughformal and informal means * Strategic and analytical thinking skills with an ability to solveproblems and make decisions * Ability to network and interact with key groups and individuals * Capable of working independ
