Deputy Organization Manager/Deputy STIM IRES - SAFB
Description of Duties:
TheSTaRS (System Test and Resource Sustainment) Deputy Organization Manager/Deputy STIM supports the MissileDefense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for EnterpriseSolutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Ensure and reportoverall task order (TO) performance, cost, schedule, and mission success.
Be the TO point ofcontact responsible for interfacing with MDA and TO stakeholders and customersthroughout the TO life cycle
Provide on-the-groundcommunications and coordination, advocate for TO priorities, and performintegrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level.
Ensure coordination,communication, and integration among the STIMs, Department Directors, and TOrequirements, scheduling, and resources.
Internally coordinateand integrate across the contract with the Jacobs Team Department Directors toidentify and integrate resources to meet stakeholder needs for their assignedTOs.
Partner between otherSTIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization,training, and tools.

Demonstrate insightfulleadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, businessmodel adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, andpotential organizational realignment to accommodate altered service models.

This position will be filled atSchriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO.

Must have one of the followingcombinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years ofgeneral experience; Associate’s degree and 14 years of general experience;Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 10years of general experience.
Must have 8 years ofdirectly related experience
Must have 5 years ofmanagement or leadership experience
Musthave, or be able to obtain within 6 months, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Mustbe able to obtain and active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
10 years or more ofexperience working within Missile Defense Agency
Active DoD Top SecretSecurity Clearance
IT background includingcloud computing and virtualization
Experience in supportof missile defense operations, missile defense testing
Experience withmodeling and simulation environments
Experience managing oneor more task orders
Experience withEarned Value Management, budgeting and financial management
