DescriptionTitle: Manager - Process EngineeringJob Type: PermanentLocation: Thornton-COThe Global Operations Business Transformation team provides leadership ofSungard AS-wide transformation and automation programs. This role requiresthe ability to alight people, process, and technology, provide complexITIL / ITSM process deconstruction and re-engineering, documented toolingrequirements, concise workflow documentation, and driving training andadoption throughout the business.As the Process Engineering Manager, you will provide lead in processassessment and improvement initiatives to achieve improved operationalefficiency, effectiveness and sustainability -- identify, prioritize andimplement process improvements to align with ITIL / ITSM best practices.The role will leverage a combination of leadership and individual contributorskills in a highly collaborative environment. Will collaborate across SungardAS organizations to collect and assess data, understand operational supportroles, as well as prepare and present findings and improvement plans toexecutive leadership.
