The Manager of Commercial Enablement supports the overall Commercial Enablement portfolio by managing key global programs responsible for delivering value to the customer, while streamlining internal processes and data. This position is responsible for understanding the goal of the program, gaining alignment amongst key stakeholders, and ensuring stated deliverables of the program are met.
What will you be responsible for?
Primary business lead on Commercial Enablement projects, particularly case management and self-service portals.
Leads alignment process between Global Beverage and each region on projects needs and on data and process requirements.
Drive highly visible strategic projects, collaborating cross-functionally to structure problems, understand opportunities, and develop solutions that bring about impactful change.
Manages oversight of projects to ensure day-to-day decisions support the overall CE vision.
Defines the capabilities and deliverables for the program and ensures business requirements are successfully executed.
Indirectly manage multi-functional, global teams to deliver the program objectives.
Supports the generation of a roadmap for additional process and technology enhancements, interdependencies, cost to implement, as well as internal partners required for go live.
Breaks up large programs into executable projects that can be delivered over time with critical, high value components driving the delivery priority.
Supports the generation of project level AFEs and supports the creation of program level business cases.
Accountable for aligning business stakeholders, resolving escalations and interdependencies and making go-live decisions.
Directs future program initiatives by assessing customer feedback and key pain points along the customer journey.
What are we looking for?
Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience
Job related experience for 5 year(s) minimum
Experience rolling out CRM platform components, Case Management, and/or Customer self-service portals
Customer Experience and or User Experience background
- Digital transformation exposure and experience with digitizing and automating manual processes, customer and user experience, CRM build out and roll out focus and has a knack for reducing inefficiencies.
Compensation & Benefits:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,500 - $132,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
