We provide our employees with competitivecompensation packages and a full range of benefits, including vacation,medical, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, tuitionassistance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and paid parental leave.**Relocation benefits provided**Primary Purpose:Will be responsible for ensuring Information System compliance, with thepotential to span multiple business areas or programs.Roles and Responsibilities:Communicate and coordinate Information Systems Security policy across theirorganization and work with government agencies to obtain rulings,interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulationsEstablish, document, implement, and monitor the IS Security Program andrelated procedures for the facility and ensure compliance with IS securityrequirementsPrepare and maintain Systems Security Plans (SSP) which accurately reflectthe installation and security provisions of the systemEnsure that each SSP has been implemented, that the specified securitycontrols are in place and properly tested, and that the IS in functioning asdescribed in the SSPEvaluate proposed changes or additions to the SSP and collaborate withcustomers for systems approvalsUtilize automated tools to document certification and accreditationrequirements (Xacta, IA Management)Conduct on-going security reviews and tests for information systems toperiodically verify that security features and operating controls arefunctional and effectiveEnsure periodic self-inspections of the facility's IS Program are conductedas part of the overall facility self-inspection programEnsure the development, documentation and presentation of IS securityeducation, awareness, and training activities for facility management,IS personnel, users, and others, as appropriateEnsure personnel are trained on the IS's prescribed security restrictionsand safeguards before they are initially allowed to access a systemIdentify and document unique local threats/vulnerabilities to InformationSystemsReport Information Systems security incidents to the CSA. Ensure action istaken when an incident/vulnerability has been discoveredSkills and Knowledge:Working knowledge of the pertinent manuals of the ICD 503, as well as theother chapters of the NISPOM as it applies to information systemsExperience developing Information Systems security plans, policy andprocedures for Local Area Network (LAN) Information Systems and Wide AreaNetwork (WAN) Information systemsWorking knowledge of the Joint Special Access Programs (SAP)Implementation Guide (JSIG)Working k
