In this role, you will help us create effective solutions anddrive real transformation within our organization.Your New GigIn this role, you will play a key role for enterprise-wide change andtransformation efforts. You will work with others in the business and HR todrive a creative, strategic, effective and informative change andcommunication strategy. You will focus on the people side of change,including change to our processes, systems and culture. Along with theDirector of Organizational Effectiveness, you will be responsible forbuilding a Maxar Change Management Office to help organize and unify ourchange management approach across the enterprise. You will own strategies,tools and plans to help employees maximize adoption of new initiatives. Youwill work with sponsors and stakeholders across the business to ensure changeis successful. And when needed, wethrow in together to accomplish bigger goals.Responsibilities:Design, build and stand up a Maxar Change Management office to lead thevision of how change is implemented at Maxar, and to maintain a consistentapproach and tool set for change programs and managers at Maxar.Create training, in partnership with the greater Org Effectiveness team,to help Maxar leaders and managers understand and own change across thebusinesCreate strategies aligned to Maxar Change Management approach to supportadoption of the changes required and targeting actionable deliverables forcommunications, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management.Partner with the Director of Organizational Effectiveness to design,facilitate and execute change management and communications across Maxar.Work across Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations and HRBusiness Partners to develop change programs, partner on stakeholdermanagement, and deliver communication and other change interventions.Work closely with the Maxar communications team, supporting communicationefforts in the design, development, delivery and management of communications.Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing changereadiness.Align change work to Maxar engagement and inclusion and diversity effortsIdentify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.Minimum Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent ResidentBachelor's degree in Organizational Development, OrganizationalBehavior, Industrial Psychology or related field. Four additional years ofexperience may be substituted for a degreeMinimum of 10 years of experience in organizational change managementstrategy, methodology, program design and implementationAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues andchallengesAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersAbility to work effectively at multiple levels in an organizationProven communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to
