Our core technologies in spatial positioning, modeling,connectivity and data analytics enable customers to improve productivity,quality, safety, and sustainability in design, architecture, and construction.Key Responsibilities:Manual testing of SketchUp and LayOut.Review design documents to ensure testability of new features as well as thequality of the designs.Write test plans and test cases.Test newly introduced or updated product features, log defects, and verifyfixes.Reproduce customer issues from Support and our beta program.Document tested fixes in release notes.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a combination of someeducation and at least 2 years of relevant experience may be considered inlieu of a degree.A minimum of 2 years experience testing software.Proficiency with a defect tracking system such as JIRA.Self-sufficient, can work with minimal guidance.Experience with Windows or Mac platforms.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Bonus Skills/Experience:Proficiency with 3D/2D modeling and visualization software.Scripting ability in either of Ruby, Python, and or JavaScript.Real world experience in the Architectural or Civil Engineering field.Localization testing experience a plus.-Pay Equity-Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description ofother compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might payand/or offer for this position.
