Interns will work closely with each other andwith seasoned engineers on projects that expose them to leading edgetelecommunications technology.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform work under close mentor guidance including but not limited to:Development of embedded softwareOO design techniquesUser interfaces (Windows, Andriod) to control/monitor solutionsNetwork securityGain knowledge regarding cellular technology (GSM, CDMA, UMTS,LTE), network or communications protocol programming, design patterns,embedded SW development, Linux-based SW development, Windows user interfacesAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:Travel to other LGS locations or customer sites as necessaryUnderstand and adhere to all LGS Ethical and Compliance policiesProactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to LGS EH&S policiesand proceduresPerform other duties as requiredConsistent and reliable attendance requiredIf required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the levelrequired to perform the duties of the positionWorking Conditions:Work is typically performed in an office environment which requires propersafety precautions.
